The complete allocation register for the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub is published on the permitted activities page. It sets out 150 manufacturing activities across five industrial clusters and 50 ecosystem businesses across eight facility groups.
The register exists so that a prospective occupier can confirm, before any commercial conversation, that the activity they intend to carry on is one the hub is licensed and planned to host. Filter by cluster or search the register directly.
Activities outside the published register are not automatically excluded. Where a proposed activity is adjacent to an existing cluster and consistent with the free-zone licence, it can be considered — start with the leasing desk.
