Rana Exim FZ-LLC, master developer of the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub at RAKEZ Al Ghail, has published a twelve-part project brochure suite. Each brochure is a self-contained four-page document written for the counterparty that a given category concerns, rather than as a single bound volume.
Part A covers the six industrial sectors: electric vehicle and hydrogen mobility, renewable energy and green hydrogen, eVTOL and advanced air mobility, semiconductors and advanced electronics, ancillary and precision engineering, and warehousing, logistics and free-zone trade. Part B covers the six non-industrial asset classes that make the estate a place to live as well as a place to manufacture.
Every quantitative figure in the suite is indicative and remains subject to the ESMH master plan freeze, detailed design and statutory approval. No lease rates, plot prices or commercial terms are quoted; commercial terms are issued separately on application.
