Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub: A Blueprint for the Future of Industrial InfrastructureThe Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub (Phase 2 Masterplan) represents a massive leap forward in sustainable, high-efficiency industrial development.

This state-of-the-art industrial ecosystem is meticulously zoned to seamlessly integrate heavy manufacturing, modular factories, commercial hubs, and green landscapes into one connected footprint.Designed by ACE International Consulting Engineers for the Rana Group, this masterplan balances aggressive industrial capability with employee well-being and ecological mindfulness.

Masterplan & Zoning BreakdownThe architectural blueprint outlines a highly strategic layout designed to optimize logistics, reduce operational friction, and separate distinct industrial activities.

C1-Industry (Heavy & Large-Scale Manufacturing): Dominates the central and upper sectors with expansive plots tailored for large footprint operations. C2-Commercial & Mixed Use: Positioned strategically near the main thoroughfares and roundabouts to anchor economic activity, client facing operations, and corporate offices. C3-Industry Modular Factories: Positioned along the lower perimeter, these standardized, plug-and-play modular units allow small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) to scale rapidly.Commercial/Cafeteria Infrastructure: A centralized purple-zoned community hub offering dining, retail, and essential services to ensure workers never have to leave the complex for daily needs.

Phase 01 Integration: Safely buffered alongside the new Phase 02 development, allowing existing facilities to run uninterrupted while maximizing shared logistics infrastructure.

Strict Setback Protocols: Every major plot is bound by explicit setbacks and designated 80% maximum plot coverage rules. This prevents overcrowding, ensures safety clearance, and leaves vital corridors open for utility maintenance.Dedicated Pocket Substations: Electrical grids are decentralized across the layout. Strategic pocket substations ensure high-voltage power is distributed evenly without the risk of single-point grid failures.

Logistical Flow Optimization: A wide double-lane loop road paired with structured roundabouts eliminates bottlenecks, ensuring heavy freight cargo trucks can transition smoothly from highways directly to factory loading docks.

Prioritizing Eco-Industrial BalanceBeyond raw manufacturing capability, the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub integrates 4,000+ square meters of dedicated green landscapes and parks. Spanning across the property, these green buffers act as natural filters for industrial emissions, reduce the urban heat island effect, and provide refreshing outdoor breakout spaces for the hub’s workforce.
