How allocation works
From register entry to signed lease
The register describes what the masterplan is zoned and serviced to accommodate. Confirming your activity takes four steps.
- 01 Activity confirmation — we check your process against the register, campus zoning and RAKEZ licensing categories.
- 02 Facility brief — clear height, floor loading, power, utilities, yard depth and expansion allowance are set against your production flow.
- 03 Plot allocation — a parcel is reserved in the cluster that matches your adjacency and buffering requirements, with expansion land held alongside.
- 04 Commercial terms — lease, lease with capital participation, or JV, followed by co-design workshops and construction.
