How allocation works

From register entry to signed lease

The register describes what the masterplan is zoned and serviced to accommodate. Confirming your activity takes four steps.

  1. 01 Activity confirmation — we check your process against the register, campus zoning and RAKEZ licensing categories.
  2. 02 Facility brief — clear height, floor loading, power, utilities, yard depth and expansion allowance are set against your production flow.
  3. 03 Plot allocation — a parcel is reserved in the cluster that matches your adjacency and buffering requirements, with expansion land held alongside.
  4. 04 Commercial terms — lease, lease with capital participation, or JV, followed by co-design workshops and construction.
