What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, country and requirement details that you provide. Our web host may also record standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, to send the leasing, operator or investment materials you requested, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except service providers acting on our instructions, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

Write to info@ranagroup.ae to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve them. If analytics are added in future, this notice will be updated before they are enabled.
